We had the chance to catch up with our longtime friend and collaborator Tennille on the rooftop of her Bronx apartment building for our Portraits series. In the video, she speaks on her appreciation of growing up in New York City, the ultimate melting pot for different races and cultures. She speaks on how in other cities, there's a weird level of segregation while in NYC, you'll see people of all ages and races hanging out with no sense of hostility or judgement, for the most part. It's always interesting to catch these different perspectives, especially from those that have lived outside of one place their whole life, and Tennille has been all over.
