Flying Lotus scored a new animated short film which the multi-talented producer has linked to the forthcoming Blade Runner 2049 sequel. Blade Runner 2022, written and directed by Shinichiro Watanabe aka: Cowboy Bebop, is set during the period of Ridley Scott's original 1982 film which they set in 2019 and the upcoming sequel which take place in 2049. Take a look at the behind the scenes look at the animation above. Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters on October 6th, starring Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling.
