Chance The Rapper has relaunched the Chicagoist publication today and has unveiled a 15 minute video titled 'Elderly Aldermen.' The clip features Chance as a journalist named Champ Bennett reporting on Chicago's aldermanic system. Hannibal Buress is featured in the clip as well. Watch the full video, directed by Sam Q.
