5 Pointz in New York City's borough of Queens is known across the world as a mecca for graffiti, where pieces of artwork from over 1,500 artists are on display. Last night, the owner of this iconic fixture in hip-hop painted this entire building white. This is a surprise to many and has sparked outrage in the art community. Expect a vigill to be held for in commemoration of 5 Pointz later this evening.
