I figured, since the words have become kinda synonymous with Pharrell and his style it would be cool to put my own little spin on it for the third record from Phinding Pharrell. So instead of "Ice Cream" referring to a pair of sneakers I defined it as a mood. The mood you're in when you feel cold or icy towards someone.
