Rick Ross has announced news that he is releasing a new book this year titled Hurricanes. The memoir will detail Rick Ross's life story, which will include his "past as a both a drug dealer and correctional officer." Hurricanes was co-written by Neil Martinez-Belkin, who also co-wrote The Autobiography of Gucci Mane.
