Lil' Wayne spoke to MTV last night while at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, stating that he will be re-releasing Tha Carter III with all new tracks.
This will not be Tha Carter IV however, just a re-release.
In related news, Wayne has a son on the way, who will be, and I quote the man himself when I say this, "dropping any day."
