The California High-Speed Rail Authority has recently unveiled news that they breaking ground on a new project to build a bullet train and high-speed rail system from San Franciso to Los Angeles. This will cover over 800 miles of travel which will allow you to get from SF to LA in just 3 hours. The coverage will also run from Sacremento to San Diego in the future. The projections suggest that this project would be finalized in 2029. Although that is indeed a long time from now, this is some pretty exciting news to look forward to for California present and future residents.
