Earlier today, President Barack Obama was sworn in for his second term as President Of The United States at his 2013 Inauguration Ceremony. To conclude the festivities, Beyonce stood before the National Mall and the rest of the world and sang 'The Star-Spangled Banner', which she executed very well. Next up for Beyonce will be her performance at the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show, taking place on February 3rd.
