Amazon's delivery service with Whole Foods has officially extended to the cities of Denver, Sacramento and San Diego. They will now gain the Prime Now service through Whole Foods, offering free, two-hour deliveries for purchases over $35 and one-hour delivery for an upcharge of $7.99.
